The Senior MAC Coordinator coordinates workplace moves, furniture changes, repairs, and related facility activities.
The role supports a safe, efficient, well-maintained office environment and serves as a key contact for move requests.
Moves, Adds & Changes
- Coordinate employee and departmental moves, restacks, relocations, and workspace changes from intake through completion.
- Conduct pre-move site walks and develop move plans, schedules, sequencing, and logistics.
- Coordinate with IT, security, facilities, movers, furniture installers, and other support teams.
- Verify workstations and offices are move-ready before employee occupancy.
Furniture management
- Manage furniture requirements, inventory, reuse, delivery, installation, relocation, reconfiguration, storage, and removal.
- Track furniture assets, locations, condition, and disposition, and assist with inventory audits.
- Inspect furniture and coordinate repairs, warranty claims, replacement parts, and repair or replacement decisions.
Move and vendor management
- Coordinate movers, installers, furniture vendors, repair technicians, and other service providers.
- Communicate move instructions and provide on-site coordination, including after-hours or weekend moves when required.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure work meets scope, schedule, safety, and quality expectations.
- Submit, monitor, and close work orders after verifying satisfactory completion.
Workplace and facilities support
- Conduct workplace walkthroughs and identify furniture, space, or facility issues requiring attention.
- Support workstation adjustments, ergonomic furniture requests, workplace modifications, and shared-space changes.
- Assist Facilities and Workplace teams with special projects and operational initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three or more years of related experience is preferred.
- Experience with office moves, furniture installations, or workplace reconfigurations.
- Ability to interpret floor plans, furniture plans, and basic space-planning drawings.
- Experience working with movers, installers, contractors, and service vendors.

- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.
