About the Role
Vistas Global seeks a Senior Loan Consultant with deep expertise in Finastra Fusion Loan IQ for banking system support and implementations. The role requires minimum 5 years of Loan IQ experience, strong knowledge of SDK development, data dictionary, and core Java/J2EE.

Responsibilities
- Review and prepare Business Requirement Specification and test cases exploring all aspects of the scope
- Manage defect life cycle and execution status reporting
- Perform test scope analysis and regression testing
- Understand system integration with core banking systems
- Review BRS and prepare Function specification and/or test cases
- Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures
- Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems
- Track and document changes to business specifications
- Create and assist others in writing user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training
- Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings
- Actively participate in meetings to assess performance and department's overall performance
- Answer questions about applications for team members and internal/external customers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Loan IQ application implementations and interface development
- Good knowledge on SDK development such as inquiry script, event management, scripted API, scripted Batch
- Good knowledge on Loan IQ Data dictionary (7.7.X version)
- Good understanding on Loan IQ framework
- Good knowledge on Loan IQ functionalities
- Capable to debug interface and functional issues
- Good knowledge of RFR functionality
- Good knowledge of Loan IQ MX payments
- Good knowledge of generation of GL entries with Batch Accounting and Online Accounting in Loan IQ
- Good knowledge on Loan IQ functional configurations and end to end process flows related to syndicated and bilateral deals
- In depth knowledge of Loan IQ modules like Customer setup, Deal building, Facility building, Outstanding creation, Portfolio management, secondary sales, payments, Fee types, Circles, Trade Ticket Entry, Swaps, Collaterals, Adhoc Queries, Ticklers, Repayment schedule
- Good knowledge on core Java/J2EE, XML and Rest API

Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field
- Minimum 4 years experience in Banking Industry System support and implementations with at least 3 years in IT
- Experience in reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification and test cases
- Experience in defect life cycle management and execution status reporting
- Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing
- Understanding of System integration with core banking systems
- Experience in Core banking system and loan administration systems in (SIT/UAT) testing
- Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality
- Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures
- Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems
- Track and document changes to business specifications
- Create and assist others in writing user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training
Required Soft Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English, Arabic is preferable
- Possess strong computer software MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline oriented environment
- Excellent business process analysis and mapping
- Team work and integration with reporting hierarchy
- Customer service oriented
- Strictly adhere to banks ethics and code of conduct
- Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and Vendor contacts
