- Provide expert legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters

Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer with a degree in Law (LLB, JD, or equivalent) from a reputable university
- Substantial post qualification experience, ideally in a leading law firm or large in house corporate legal department
- In depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate and commercial law
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic and commercially focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously, manage diverse workload, and meet deadlines
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and discretion

Job Overview

- Manage all litigation, disputes, and regulatory proceedings, liaising with and managing external legal counsel as required.

Qualifications
