Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal support across corporate, commercial, real estate, construction, procurement, and dispute management matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and construction related agreements
- Identify contractual, regulatory, and commercial risks and provide practical legal solutions
- Support tenders, PPP projects, concession agreements, and procurement documentation
- Coordinate litigation, arbitration, external counsel, and dispute resolution activities
- Conduct legal risk assessment, governance advisory, and executive stakeholder management
- Manage high value legal matters independently while maintaining strict confidentiality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree or professional legal qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 8–10 years of post qualification legal experience
- Minimum 8 years' experience with a reputable international or regional law firm
- Proven expertise in corporate, commercial, real estate, construction, procurement, tendering, and dispute management
- Experience supporting developers, government linked entities, infrastructure projects, PPPs, or large corporate organizations
- Familiarity with Qatar legal and regulatory framework, or extensive GCC legal practice
- Experience producing executive level legal advice, risk assessments, and management reports
- Experience utilizing legal AI platforms such as Harvey, Legora, or equivalent is highly preferred

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Consultant to provide strategic legal support across corporate, commercial, real estate, construction, procurement, and dispute management matters during a critical business period.
- This is a temporary contract position based in Doha, Qatar.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); a Master's degree or professional legal qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 8–10 years of post qualification legal experience
- Minimum 8 years' experience with a reputable international or regional law firm is mandatory
- Proven expertise in corporate, commercial, real estate, construction, procurement, tendering, and dispute management
- Experience supporting developers, government linked entities, infrastructure projects, PPPs, or large corporate organizations
- Familiarity with the Qatar legal and regulatory framework, or extensive GCC legal practice

Skills & Competencies
