Responsibilities
- Manage end to end leasing cycle including prospect qualification, negotiation, contract issuance, and site handover.
- Achieve occupancy and revenue targets through annual leasing plans and active pipeline management.
- Conduct market benchmarking and recommend pricing policies.
- Manage tenant renewals and retention strategies.
- Serve as primary point of contact for tenants and execute onboarding procedures.
- Organize field tours and property presentations.
- Resolve leasing related disputes in coordination with legal and operations teams.
- Coordinate cross functionally with operations, maintenance, finance, and marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and statutory documentation.
- Improve processes by developing templates, CRM systems, and leasing files.
- Prepare periodic reports and KPI dashboards.
- Mentor and guide junior leasing staff.

About the Role
- Seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Specialist to manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation to contract signing and site handover.
- Responsible for maximizing occupancy and revenue through competitive pricing, pipeline management, and effective renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end leasing cycle including prospect qualification, needs assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation, terms approval, contract issuance, addenda, and site handover.
- Achieve occupancy and revenue targets through an annual leasing plan and active management of the leasing schedule.
- Conduct market benchmarking and studies by analyzing competitor pricing, incentives, and lease terms.
- Manage tenant renewals and retention by activating early notifications and presenting improved offers.
- Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, executing onboarding procedures and following up on permits and inquiries.
- Organize field tours and property presentations, prepare site visit reports.
- Resolve leasing related disputes and complaints in coordination with legal, operations, and other teams.
- Coordinate cross functionally with operations, maintenance, finance, collections, and marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance and governance by verifying leasing operations align with applicable laws and regulations.
- Improve processes and systems by developing and automating templates, operational guides, CRM systems, and leasing files.
- Prepare periodic reports and KPI dashboards covering pipeline, occupancy rate, average rent, contract duration, and collection rate.
- Mentor and guide junior leasing staff, review proposals and contracts prior to approval.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of experience (UAE Nationals)

Work Environment
- Primarily office based (60%+) with regular field visits (up to 40%).
- Reports directly to the Head of Markets Policy & Development Division.
