Job Purpose

  • To oversee and administer the day to day leasing documentation and compliance activities within Aldar Retail Management’s retail and mall portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review and verify all retail lease documents and entries after lease administrators to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all leasing activities and documentation comply with internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Liaise between tenants, the legal department, finance, and property management teams to facilitate lease execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date lease data within Yardi Elevate or other approved leasing systems.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards related to lease status, revenue tracking, and portfolio performance.
  • Support with periodic audits of lease records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Assist in the coordination of internal approvals, ensuring proper documentation and version control.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in lease administration as a senior.
  • Experience in reviewing and managing retail lease documents and data within large scale retail or mixed use developments.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing lease documentation.
  • Proficiency with Yardi Elevate.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage cross functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of UAE retail leasing practices and documentation.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
