Role Overview
Senior L2 IT Support Engineer role supporting end users and IT infrastructure for client sites.
The role requires 7+ years of work experience.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires visiting client sites.
Immediate joiners are mandatory.
Support Responsibilities
- Resolve assigned tickets with an engineering team by visiting client sites.
- Provide onsite end-user support at client locations.
- Install and troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Outlook, email, printers, and user devices.
- Configure email accounts in Outlook on PCs and mobile devices.
- Carry out preventive maintenance according to the scheduled calendar.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and suggest improvements to procedures.
- Maintain asset, inventory, and IT infrastructure documentation.
Systems and Infrastructure Skills
- Support Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- Install and configure Autodesk, AutoCAD, and architecture software applications.
- Support RAID, server migration, Windows Server clustering, Hyper-V, and virtualization.
- Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, email hosting migrations, and DNS.
