L2 IT Support Engineer (Senior Level L2) - Immediate Joiners Only

Role Overview

Candidate Requirements

• At least 7 years of work experience is required.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are mandatory.
• The role requires a proactive approach, strong user-support attitude, and communication skills.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Windows Server versions 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• Experience with Autodesk, AutoCAD, architecture software, Microsoft Office, Outlook, email systems, iOS, and macOS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Intune, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with RAID, server migration, Windows Server clustering, Hyper-V, and virtualization.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi access points, printers, firewalls, FortiGate, SonicWall, Sophos, and VPNs.
• Knowledge of backup technologies, Veeam, cloud backup, Acronis, QNAP, NAS, storage, and data migration.
• Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, CCTV, NVR, DVR, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Resolve assigned tickets by visiting client sites and provide onsite end-user support.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, email, mobile devices, and printers.
• Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Intune, and cloud technology environments.
• Support server migrations, clustering, RAID, Hyper-V, virtualization, storage, and data migration.
• Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, backup, CCTV, NVR, DVR, and video conferencing systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to the scheduled calendar.
• Maintain asset, inventory, and IT infrastructure documentation.
• Identify procedural improvements and provide strong communication to supported users.

Compensation

• The salary is 7,500 to 8,500 AED per month.

Workplace

• The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires visiting client sites for onsite support.
