L2 IT Support Engineer (Senior Level L2) - Immediate Joiners Only

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Resolve assigned tickets by visiting client sites and provide onsite end-user support.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, Microsoft Office, email, and printers.
• Support Windows Server migration, clustering, RAID, Hyper-V, virtualization, and related infrastructure.
• Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS updates.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, iOS, Mac, and email issues.
• Support backup, QNAP, NAS, storage, data migration, video conferencing, CCTV, NVR, and DVR systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and suggest improvements to support procedures.
• Maintain asset, inventory, and IT infrastructure documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• Immediate joining is mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge across end-user, server, network, cloud, security, backup, and storage environments.
• A proactive approach, strong user-support attitude, and effective communication skills.

Salary

• The salary is AED 7,500 to AED 8,500 per month.

Work Location

• The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires visiting client sites for onsite support.
