L2 IT Support Engineer (Senior Level L2) - Immediate Joiners Only

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Resolve assigned tickets and provide onsite end-user support at client sites.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, printers, email accounts, and Microsoft Office products.
• Support Windows servers, server migration, clustering, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS updates.
• Troubleshoot networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, cloud technologies, backup systems, storage, and virtualization.
• Configure and troubleshoot video conferencing, CCTV, NVR, and DVR systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain asset, inventory, and infrastructure documentation.
• Identify improvements to support procedures and maintain a proactive user-support approach.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022, including migration and clustering.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Intune, DNS, and email hosting migrations.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Active Directory, Group Policy, firewalls, VPNs, backup, storage, and virtualization.
• Ability to troubleshoot iOS and Mac systems, video conferencing, CCTV, NVR, and DVR equipment.

Technical Skills

• Autodesk, AutoCAD, and architecture software applications.
• RAID configurations, Veeam, cloud backup, and Acronis.
• QNAP, NAS, storage, and data migration.
• Hyper-V virtualization and Windows server technologies.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 7,500 to AED 8,500 per month.

Workplace

• The role requires visiting client sites to provide onsite support.
• The stated work location is Abu Dhabi.
