Overview
The Senior KPI Specialist partners with the Strategy team to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators that drive the organization's strategic objectives.
Acting as the bridge between data and decision-makers, the specialist ensures that performance metrics are accurate, actionable, and aligned with the company's long-term roadmap.
Core Responsibilites
Design and maintain a comprehensive KPI framework for the Strategy business line.
Collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategic goals into measurable KPls.
Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources (finance, operations, market research, etc.).
Produce regular performance dashboards and executive reports highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Conduct root-cause analysis on KPI variances and recommend corrective actions.
Facilitate quarterly KPI review meetings and support strategic planning workshops.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with reporting standards.
Mentor junior analysts on KPI development and best-practice analytics techniques.

Qualification
- :
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in performance measurement, KPI management, or strategic analytics.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power Bl, Tableau, etc.) and advanced Excel or SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders .
- The Senior KPI Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Strategy business line's objectives are quantifiable, monitored, and achieved, driving informed decision-making across the organization.
