- Define project objectives, scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and governance structure
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Coordinate internal teams, business teams, external vendors, consultants, and delivery partners
- Establish project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and communication mechanisms
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions
- Identify potential project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges proactively
- Manage project changes including scope changes, timelines, resource adjustments, and business priorities
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners
- Apply Agile delivery practices including Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Overall experience of 12+ years in technology delivery environments
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise IT projects and transformation programmes
- Strong experience delivering technology projects within banking or financial services environments
- Strong understanding of end to end IT project management lifecycle
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models

- We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment.
