Responsibilities

Support end to end project delivery activities across multiple business and technology initiatives
Assist Project Managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects

Ensure project activities are aligned with business objectives and delivery expectations

Requirements

Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
Experience managing project documentation, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
Strong proficiency in preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Overview

The candidate should have strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and hands on experience managing project documentation, governance activities, risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting.

Follow up on deliverables, decisions, approvals, and dependencies.
Support stakeholder engagement and ensure timely resolution of project blockers.

Key Responsibilities Agile & Delivery Practices

Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, meeting minutes, action trackers, risk registers, status reports, and project dashboards.
Ensure documentation standards and governance processes are followed.
Support Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum ceremonies, sprint tracking, and backlog management.
Work closely with delivery teams to monitor sprint progress and project outcomes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience

5 7 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of hands on project management / PMO experience.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Experience creating project dashboards and delivery reports.

Preferred Experience

Banking / Financial Services domain experience preferred.
Experience supporting technology delivery teams.
Exposure to digital transformation, application development, infrastructure, or enterprise IT projects.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and vendor teams.
