Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Analyst / PMO Analyst to support technology and business transformation initiatives within a fast paced enterprise environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, PMO governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking.
  • The candidate should have strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and hands on experience managing project documentation, governance activities, risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting.

Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery Support

  • Support end to end project delivery activities across multiple business and technology initiatives.
  • Assist Project Managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and key activities.
  • Support project planning, resource coordination, and delivery scheduling.
  • Ensure project activities are aligned with business objectives and delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities PMO Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain project governance frameworks, documentation, trackers, and reporting structures.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive updates.
  • Track project performance against scope, timelines, milestones, and objectives.
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and follow up on action items.
  • Support governance meetings, steering committee updates, and project reviews.

Key Responsibilities Stakeholder & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with business teams, technology teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Follow up on deliverables, decisions, approvals, and dependencies.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and ensure timely resolution of project blockers.

Key Responsibilities Agile & Delivery Practices

  • Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, meeting minutes, action trackers, risk registers, status reports, and project dashboards.
  • Ensure documentation standards and governance processes are followed.
  • Support Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum ceremonies, sprint tracking, and backlog management.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to monitor sprint progress and project outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 7 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of hands on project management / PMO experience.
  • Strong experience supporting technology, digital transformation, or business projects.
  • Experience working with project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience managing project documentation, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
  • Strong proficiency in preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Technical & Tools Exposure

  • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Experience creating project dashboards and delivery reports.

Preferred Experience

  • Banking / Financial Services domain experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting technology delivery teams.
  • Exposure to digital transformation, application development, infrastructure, or enterprise IT projects.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and vendor teams.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile certifications are an advantage.
