- Support end to end project delivery activities across multiple business and technology initiatives
- Assist Project Managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects
- Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and key activities
- Support project planning, resource coordination, and delivery scheduling
- Ensure project activities are aligned with business objectives and delivery expectations
- Maintain project governance frameworks, documentation, trackers, and reporting structures
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive updates
- Track project performance against scope, timelines, milestones, and objectives
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and follow up on action items
- Support governance meetings, steering committee updates, and project reviews
- Coordinate with business teams, technology teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
- 5 7 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of hands on project management / PMO experience
- Strong experience supporting technology, digital transformation, or business projects
- Experience working with project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience managing project documentation, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items
- Strong proficiency in preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Analyst / PMO Analyst to support technology and business transformation initiatives within a fast paced enterprise environment.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, PMO governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking.
- The candidate should have strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and hands on experience managing project documentation, governance activities, risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting.
Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery Support
- Support end to end project delivery activities across multiple business and technology initiatives.
- Assist Project Managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
- Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and key activities.
- Support project planning, resource coordination, and delivery scheduling.

Key Responsibilities PMO Governance & Reporting
- Maintain project governance frameworks, documentation, trackers, and reporting structures.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive updates.
- Track project performance against scope, timelines, milestones, and objectives.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and follow up on action items.
- Support governance meetings, steering committee updates, and project reviews.
Key Responsibilities Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with business teams, technology teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Follow up on deliverables, decisions, approvals, and dependencies.
- Support stakeholder engagement and ensure timely resolution of project blockers.
Key Responsibilities Agile & Delivery Practices
- Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, meeting minutes, action trackers, risk registers, status reports, and project dashboards.
- Ensure documentation standards and governance processes are followed.
- Support Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum ceremonies, sprint tracking, and backlog management.
- Work closely with delivery teams to monitor sprint progress and project outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 7 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of hands on project management / PMO experience.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Experience creating project dashboards and delivery reports.
Preferred Experience
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience preferred.
- Experience supporting technology delivery teams.
- Exposure to digital transformation, application development, infrastructure, or enterprise IT projects.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and vendor teams.
