Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle E Business Suite applications and solutions
Perform techno functional analysis, solution design, and implementation activities across Oracle ERP Finance and HR modules
Develop and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, and workflows
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable ERP solutions
Support Oracle EBS enhancements, issue resolution, and system improvements
Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF components, and custom interfaces
Participate in ERP implementation, upgrades, and production support activities
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and solution designs
Ensure compliance with enterprise development standards and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform, or analytics engineering roles
Proficient in SQL Server, SSIS, Oracle SSIS, IBM AppConnect APIs, IBM MQ and Elastic Search
Strong SQL, Python, and shell scripting capabilities
Experience building data transformation pipelines using modern technologies and platforms
Familiar with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK), security, and data privacy regulations
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Git based version control
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable leading initiatives and mentoring colleagues and team members

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Finance and HR modules.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background (70%) complemented by functional expertise (30%) across Oracle EBS applications and integrations.
The candidate should have hands on experience working with Oracle EBS customizations, workflows, integrations, and mobile frameworks, along with a good understanding of Oracle Financials and HR processes.
