- Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle E Business Suite applications and solutions
- Perform techno functional analysis, solution design, and implementation activities across Oracle ERP Finance and HR modules
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, and workflows
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable ERP solutions
- Support Oracle EBS enhancements, issue resolution, and system improvements
- Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF components, and custom interfaces
- Participate in ERP implementation, upgrades, and production support activities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and solution designs
- Ensure compliance with enterprise development standards and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform, or analytics engineering roles
- Proficient in SQL Server, SSIS, Oracle SSIS, IBM AppConnect APIs, IBM MQ and Elastic Search
- Strong SQL, Python, and shell scripting capabilities
- Experience building data transformation pipelines using modern technologies and platforms
- Familiar with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK), security, and data privacy regulations
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Git based version control
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable leading initiatives and mentoring colleagues and team members

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Finance and HR modules.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background (70%) complemented by functional expertise (30%) across Oracle EBS applications and integrations.
- The candidate should have hands on experience working with Oracle EBS customizations, workflows, integrations, and mobile frameworks, along with a good understanding of Oracle Financials and HR processes.
