- Oversee system migrations, API integrations, EDIFACT/NDC message flows, and platform enhancements
- Drive risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication across diverse airline environments
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IATA, PADIS, NDC) and internal quality frameworks
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for engineering and product teams
- Monitor KPIs, project budgets, and delivery performance, ensuring continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of IT work experience and 8 years of Project Management Experience
- 8–12+ years of project management experience, including large enterprise or multi‑stakeholder programs
- Proven ability to manage multiple customers and vendors concurrently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and technical delivery processes
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus
- Projects in airline reservation systems, PSS, GDS connectivity, revenue management, or inventory control will be a plus

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to drive large‑scale projects across airline reservation, inventory, and revenue‑management domains for our client.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, manage complex delivery roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration of booking, pricing, availability, and revenue management systems.
- Coordinate simultaneously with multiple airline customers, external solution providers, and internal engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑time implementations.
Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 26,000 to 30,000 per month.
