Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Senior IT Internal Auditor to support the Head of Internal Audit.
The role focuses on IT governance, risk, compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk-based audits of ITGCs, application controls, IT operations, ERP and Zoho systems, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Maintain IT policies, standards, procedures, governance documentation, and the IT risk register.
- Support system, project, and third-party risk assessments.
- Coordinate ISO 27001, DESC ISR, internal, and external audits and track corrective actions.
- Coordinate VAPT, remediation, and retesting activities.
- Assess vendors and third parties, including SOC reports, certifications, SLAs, and security documentation.
- Maintain compliance evidence, audit records, dashboards, and management reports.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery plan testing.
- Prepare audit, risk, and compliance reports for management and the board.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
- Four to seven years of IT audit, governance, risk, and compliance experience.
