Qualifications
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, including production AI or machine learning applications.
- Experience with LLM APIs, generative AI patterns such as prompting, tool calling, and retrieval-augmented generation, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance business objectives, technical feasibility, and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI applications end-to-end from prototype through production.
- Direct AI coding agents to generate code while owning architecture, security, and maintainability.
- Build agent workflows on foundation models.
- Integrate AI into products and backend services.
- Build evaluation, testing, and monitoring for quality, safety, latency, and cost.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and make build-versus-buy recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
