Role overview
Supports the recruitment team by identifying and sourcing talent for various positions.
Helps maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates and contributes to hiring efforts.
Job responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for various roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pool and steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screen CVs and source candidates through databases, networking, advertising, and LinkedIn.
- Build strong relationships and rapport with candidates.
- Write reports and present findings, trends, and industry patterns.
- Work with the recruitment team to understand position requirements and provide insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry best practices to continuously improve candidate sourcing quality.
- Use sourcing tools and online platforms with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications and experience
- A valid bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least one year of UAE experience in a similar field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to build trust and establish positive candidate relationships is required.
