Key responsibilities
- Advise on company structures and documentation required for business setup.
- Research and interpret laws, rules, and regulations related to company formation and employee compliance.
- Review, draft, and conduct due diligence on contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Support departments with legal requirements and document preparation.
- Monitor application quality and support process improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar paralegal or legal support role.
- Experience within the company formation or business setup industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of corporate law and ability to draft legal documents.
- Excellent research and drafting skills.
- Good communication, judgment, and attention to detail.
