Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and sales teams throughout application and onboarding processes.
• Manage client documentation, applications, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Support KYC, CDD, EDD, visa, licensing, and other application requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales and client records in Zoho CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and ensure timely processing.
• Handle application amendments, refund requests, and related administrative processes.
• Prepare reports and keep sales records and documentation up to date.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience is required, preferably in business setup, free zone, licensing, medical, or hospitality.
• Experience with Zoho CRM and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and phone etiquette are required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills are required.
• A customer-focused approach and ability to coordinate across multiple teams are required.
