Responsibilities
- Oversee and review client investment portfolios, ensuring periodic reviews align with risk profiles and objectives
- Provide guidance on wealth products, asset allocation, and investment strategies to support front line teams
- Recommend portfolio rebalancing strategies to keep portfolios aligned with client goals and market conditions
- Advise Relationship Managers on investment opportunities and portfolio adjustments
- Support Relationship Managers in managing and signing up new to wealth clients
- Secure and manage the investment pipeline and play an integral role in client fundraising/placement of investment offerings
- Contribute towards achieving Wealth Management financial targets and promoting fee/recurring income generation
- Provide regular, in depth market updates and outlooks to clients and internal teams
- Provide Relationship Managers with ongoing product training, market updates, and investment strategy guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years' experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or portfolio management
- In depth knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and market trends
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in wealth management

Role Purpose
- Collaborate with RMs across Private Banking coverage teams, ensuring suitability of investment products, conducting regular portfolio reviews, and providing rebalancing recommendations.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert to support investment solutions and build portfolios aligned with the bank's strategy.
- Provide timely market insights and position ADIB as a thought leader in the investment space.
Key Accountabilities Client Portfolio Management & Reviews
- Oversee and review client investment portfolios, ensuring periodic reviews are conducted and documented.
- Provide guidance on wealth products, asset allocation, and investment strategies.
- Recommend portfolio rebalancing strategies where necessary.
- Advise Relationship Managers on investment opportunities, client needs, and portfolio adjustments.
Key Accountabilities Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Support Relationship Managers in managing and signing up NTW clients.
- Secure and manage the Investment pipeline and play an integral role in client fundraising/placement of investment offerings.
- Contribute towards achieving Wealth Management financial targets and promoting fee/recurring income generation.
- Provide guidance on asset allocation, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Monitor client feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Key Accountabilities Advisory Expertise
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on model portfolios.
- Stay current with market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure adherence to all governance standards and policies applicable to Investment Advisory Team.
- Adhere to consumer protection regulations while engaging clients.
Key Accountabilities Market Updates and Outlook
- Provide regular, in depth market updates and outlooks to clients and internal teams.
Key Accountabilities Training & Development
- Provide Relationship Managers with ongoing product training, market updates, and investment strategy guidance.
- Regularly provide market insights, corporate actions summaries, and product updates.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required
- In depth knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in wealth management.
- Experience with discretionary portfolio management services is a plus.
Previous Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years' experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or portfolio management.
