- Drive investment growth and revenue by supporting RMs in increasing Assets under Management, generating investment related income, and identifying cross selling opportunities
- Provide specialist investment advice and deliver complex investment solutions across multiple asset classes for ultra high net worth clients
- Manage client investment accounts by preparing CIP/IPS documents, monitoring investment profiles, and ensuring trades are properly executed and recorded
- Conduct performance reviews and portfolio analysis by reviewing asset allocation, suitability, positions, and recommending investment switches or new ideas
- Strengthen client engagement by acting as a senior investment contact and supporting more frequent, higher level client interactions
- Oversee team performance and development by driving revenue targets, maintaining quality standards, tracking budgets, and supporting continuous team development
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of financial experience, including 5 years in investment related roles
- Preferred 3+ years in Private Banking with a strong investment focus
- In depth knowledge of investment products, services, fees, legal provisions, and delivery processes
- Strong understanding of equity, bond markets, unit trusts, and personal investment services
- Solid grasp of investment theory and ability to provide tactical and operational investment solutions
- Understanding of securities dealing and forex trade procedures
- Experience managing a team
- Proficiency in Arabic language

Job Overview

Skills and Experience
- Minimum financial and investment experience: Requires at least 7 years of financial experience, including 5 years in investment related roles.
- Private Banking exposure: Preferred experience includes 3+ years in Private Banking with a strong investment focus.
- Product and services expertise: In depth knowledge of investment products, services, fees, legal provisions, and delivery processes.
- Market and investment knowledge: Strong understanding of equity, bond markets, unit trusts, and personal investment services, with ability to apply this to business planning.
- Specialist investment advisory skills: Solid grasp of investment theory and ability to provide tactical and operational investment solutions.
- Trading and team management capability: Understanding of securities dealing and forex trade procedures, along with experience managing a team.
- Proficiency in Arabic language.
