Role Overview
Seeking a Senior Interior Designer for a design studio role leading luxury residential and hospitality projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design teams on luxury residential and hospitality projects from concept through completion.
- Develop design solutions aligned with client expectations and brand identity.
- Manage client relationships and oversee timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Develop design concepts, presentations, mood boards, material palettes, FF&E selections, and detailed design packages.
- Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Ensure design quality and consistency across project stages.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, samples, and shop drawings to maintain design intent.
- Support accurate project documentation and high-standard design information.
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers.
- Attend client and project meetings, site visits, and design reviews.
- Maintain knowledge of luxury design trends, materials, finishes, and FF&E.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality interior design.
- Strong experience delivering luxury projects from concept through completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a similar discipline.
- Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality and residential design projects.
- Excellent design, presentation, communication, and client management skills.
- Experience with leading interior design consultancies or design companies.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E, detailing, and technical coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
