Support the creation and execution of the overall marketing strategy and campaigns for a luxury real estate developer with a portfolio of high-end developments.
The position is a generalist marketing role within a property development environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across the company's real estate development portfolio.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategy with commercial objectives.
- Brief, coordinate, and manage external consultants and marketing agencies while overseeing quality, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis covering positioning, pricing, audiences, and growth opportunities.
- Develop project narratives, value propositions, and campaign messaging for target audiences.
- Track marketing campaign performance and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Stay current with local real estate trends, consumer behavior, emerging channels, and marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Direct experience working with local real estate developers is required.
- A strong track record with property launches is required.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least six years of experience in a relevant marketing role is required.
- Proven experience in high-end hospitality or residential projects is required.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills in English are required.
