The Position
Lead delivery of high-profile landscape architecture projects across the Middle East from concept through construction.
Combine design excellence, technical expertise, team leadership, and client engagement to support project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex landscape architecture design from concept, schematic, and detailed design through construction documentation.
- Ensure design quality, innovation, and technical excellence across all project stages.
- Review drawings, specifications, reports, and tender documentation against local and international standards.
- Advise on sustainable design, materials, planting, irrigation, and regional environmental considerations.
- Manage multiple projects for on-time, on-budget, and quality-standard delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, urban designers, engineers, and specialist consultants.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve technical and design issues.
- Engage clients, authorities, and stakeholders through meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Support proposals, fee estimates, interviews, best practices, design standards, and internal processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level landscape architects and designers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
