Role overview
Lead site execution for an ADNOC Offshore project involving offshore construction, installation, and brownfield modifications.
The role is accountable for safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery in compliance with ADNOC standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead offshore construction and installation activities.
- Manage schedule, budget, quality, contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary site teams.
- Coordinate construction sequences, work packs, resources, engineering, procurement, and commissioning.
- Manage brownfield interfaces and tie-ins with existing facilities.
- Review method statements, risk assessments, construction procedures, QA/QC plans, and inspection requirements.
- Resolve site queries, RFIs, field changes, and site issues.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover.
Key qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 15 years of oil and gas construction experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven offshore construction experience, preferably on ADNOC Offshore projects.
- Strong knowledge of offshore construction methods, installation, HSE, QA/QC, permit-to-work, and safety systems.
- Brownfield and live plant modification experience is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications or HSE qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH are a plus.
