Responsibilities
- Manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment.
- Build strong working relationships with internal business units and IT teams, and coordinate with business stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Manage vendor engagements, contractual deliverables, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, control scope, and ensure governance and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including PID, project plans, status reports, risk registers, and closure reports.
- Coordinate across infrastructure, application, security teams, business units, and vendors.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and track expenditures.
- Lead project teams, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services
- PMP Certification (Mandatory)
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise IT projects

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager – Consultant to lead and manage a portfolio of strategic IT projects within the banking and financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Ensure project execution follows organizational IT project management methodology.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Build strong working relationships with internal business units and IT teams.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, project sponsors, and management.
- Manage vendor engagements and contractual deliverables.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Control project scope and prevent scope creep.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: PID, Project Plans, Status Reports, Risk Registers, Closure Reports.
- Coordinate across Infrastructure, Application, Security, Business Units, and Vendors.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services.
- PMP Certification (Mandatory).
