Requirements
- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including enterprise systems, networks, and applications
- Advanced Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Clear and professional Communication skills
- Experience in IT service management (e.g., ITIL practices, ticketing tools) and working within SLAs and change management frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead IT analyst, systems engineer, or similar role
- Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; industry certifications are an advantage
- Ability to mentor less experienced team members

Role Description
- This is a full time, remote Senior Information Technology Analyst role located in UAE.
- The Senior IT Analyst will analyze business and technology requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support the implementation of IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Responsibilities include providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and coordinating with cross functional teams and vendors to resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- The role involves monitoring system performance, ensuring availability and security, documenting configurations and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- The Senior IT Analyst will also mentor junior team members, participate in IT projects, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve service quality and user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including enterprise systems, networks, and applications relevant to mid–large scale environments.
- Advanced Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with experience diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify root causes, and recommend effective technical and process solutions.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders and document IT procedures.
- Experience in IT service management (e.g., ITIL practices, ticketing tools) and working within SLAs and change management frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead IT analyst, systems engineer, or similar role, preferably in enterprise or multinational environments.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Singapore, prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced setting, and mentor less experienced team members.
