Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Business Analyst role based in Dubai, UAE.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed documentation, and identifying solutions to improve business processes.
The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, communicating findings and proposals effectively, and ensuring smooth operations.
The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business needs and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process improvement methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in gathering and defining detailed Business Requirements
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in the IT sector or with technology-driven projects is an asset
- Familiarity with UK-specific business and compliance standards is advantageous
