- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reliability for downstream analysis
- Design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems, optimize processes, and uncover patterns in complex data
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model training and validation
- Present findings through clear dashboards, visualizations, and reports
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical projects
- Communicate results in a non technical manner and iterate on solutions based on feedback and real world performance
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Data Science and Statistics
- Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis
- Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques
- Hands on experience with Python or R and SQL
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and modern data platforms or cloud environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline

Role Description
- The Data Scientist role is a full time remote position focused on supporting partner employers by building data driven solutions and insights.
- In this role, you will collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and reliability for downstream analysis.
- You will design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems, optimize processes, and uncover patterns in complex data.
- Day to day responsibilities include exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model training and validation, and presenting findings through clear dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
- You will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical projects, communicate results in a non technical manner, and iterate on solutions based on feedback and real world performance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Data Science and Statistics, with the ability to design experiments, apply appropriate models, and interpret results.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Hands on experience with programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python or R) and SQL for querying databases.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and modern data platforms or cloud environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.
- Experience in an international or multicultural setting and interest in UAE tech market trends, sponsorship pathways, and relocation is an advantage.
