Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior DevOps Manager located in Dubai, UAE.
The Senior DevOps Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of DevOps processes, including improving continuities such as software integration and deployment pipelines.
Responsibilities will also include managing infrastructure, automating processes, implementing strategies to optimize performance, and ensuring collaboration across software engineering and quality assurance teams.
Leadership to guide the team and ensure alignment with organizational goals will be a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development and familiarity with Test Automation
- Proficiency in managing Continuous Integration and Integration processes
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure and tools for system performance optimization
- Proven leadership skills and ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- In-depth understanding of cloud platforms and DevOps tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps or related fields
