Requirements
- Strong foundation in Finance, with practical experience in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting Financial Statements
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including ability to work with large datasets and provide data driven recommendations
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and management reporting
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Comfort working in a remote, distributed environment with cross functional teams across time zones

Role Description
- This is a full time, remote Financial Analyst role for UAE.
- The Financial Analyst will analyze financial data, prepare and interpret financial reports, and support budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning activities.
- Day to day responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, analyzing revenue streams and cost drivers, and providing insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- The role will involve preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports, assisting with variance analysis, and supporting the development of financial models for scenario planning.
- The Financial Analyst will collaborate with leadership, operations, and business development teams to support strategic decisions and ensure accurate, timely financial information.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, with practical experience in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and provide data driven recommendations.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and management reporting in a services or technology driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CIMA) are a plus.
- Comfort working in a remote, distributed environment with cross functional teams across time zones.
