Role Description
- This is a full time, remote Senior Business Analyst role based in UAE.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand strategic objectives, elicit and document detailed business requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, map current and future state workflows, and support solution design to align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews, prepare requirements documentation, use cases, and acceptance criteria, and support prioritization of the product or project backlog.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams during implementation, perform impact and gap analyses, support user acceptance testing, and contribute to change management, training materials, and post implementation reviews.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills, including elicitation, documentation, and translation of needs into functional specifications.
- Proven Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, assess impacts, evaluate options, and provide evidence based recommendations.
- Experience in Business Process modeling and improvement, including mapping 'as is' and designing 'to be' processes and workflows.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and present findings clearly.
- Several years of experience in a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst role, preferably in technology driven or financial services environments.
- Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, or scaled agile), including user stories and backlog management.
- Proficiency with common BA and collaboration tools (e.g., process modeling tools, requirements management tools, and productivity suites).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI PBA) are an advantage.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
