- Lead and manage the end to end HR function across the organization
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives
- Oversee workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies
- Advise senior management on HR matters, organizational development, and workforce challenges
- Manage employee engagement, retention, and culture building initiatives
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle processes
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Maintain HR records, reporting, and HR metrics
- Support leadership in succession planning and organizational restructuring initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance and capability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role
- Previous experience managing the full HR function independently
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development
- Experience within healthcare, hospitals, or large service organizations is highly preferred
- HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent are advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Nauru

Job Summary
