- Previous experience in a public or government hospital is highly desirable
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
- Willing to relocate to Naoero

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing to join our healthcare team in Naoero.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in critical care, particularly within the Emergency Room (ER) and/or Intensive Care Unit (ICU), along with proven experience in senior nursing management.
Key Responsibilities
