Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of medical and non medical supplies in accordance with organizational policies
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost effective purchasing
- Coordinate with departments to identify procurement requirements and maintain optimal stock levels
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits
- Process purchase orders, goods receipts, and inventory transactions using ERP systems
- Maintain procurement and inventory records, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Prepare procurement, inventory, and warehouse reports as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Procurement
- Certifications such as CSCP or equivalent are an added advantage
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Procurement and/or Warehouse operations within a Hospital or Healthcare facility is mandatory
- Experience handling medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, or hospital inventory is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and warehouse management

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement & Warehouse Executive to join our healthcare team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital or healthcare procurement and warehouse operations, with experience managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers.
