- Minimum 20 years of nursing experience, with significant exposure to ER and/or ICU
- Prior experience in a senior nursing leadership or Head Nurse role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
- Willingness to relocate to Naoero
