- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and strategic recommendations for executive management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience managing HR operations in healthcare, public sector, government, or large organizations is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Officer to lead and oversee all HR functions for our government hospital in Nauru.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, AHRI, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience managing HR operations in healthcare, public sector, government, or large organizations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
