Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior HSE Officer / HSE Engineer** to oversee and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental policies across our operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and support both office and site teams in maintaining safe working environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and UAE regulatory requirements (OSHAD, ADM, etc.).
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Ensure all accidents, incidents, and near misses are properly reported and corrective actions are implemented.
- Lead emergency response planning, fire drills, and evacuation procedures.
- Deliver HSE training, inductions, and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor site activities to ensure safe systems of work and permit-to-work (PTW) procedures are followed.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on HSE matters.
- Track and report HSE performance and KPIs to senior management.
- Ensure closure of audit findings, safety observations, and non-conformances.
- Promote continuous improvement and safety awareness across all departments.
- Support compliance with environmental management standards and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HSE, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field.
- Minimum **5–8 years of experience** in HSE, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations (OSHAD, ADM, etc.).
- Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits.
- Ability to work across multiple sites and coordinate with different departments.
• OSHA 10 And 30 Hour Certification
- ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
