We are seeking a skilled Procurement Engineer with over 4 years of experience in the UAE construction or contracting industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and issue purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and site teams on material specifications.
- Manage supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of procurement experience in UAE construction/contracting.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement processes.
- Good knowledge of local suppliers and market conditions.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commercial awareness.
