Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified **HSE Officer** to ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and effective implementation of health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., OSHAD, ADM)
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and safety audits
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Maintain HSE records and reports
- Deliver safety training and awareness programs
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities
- Lead HSE meetings and ensure action follow-ups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HSE, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• NEBOSH IGC (required)
- IOSH / OSHA certifications (preferred)
- ISO 45001/14001 knowledge is an advantage
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
