· **Duties & Responsibilities:**
· Prepare **cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)** for construction projects

· Prepare and evaluate **tenders, subcontractor quotations, and contract documents**

· Assess and negotiate **variations, claims, and change orders**
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients
· Ensure compliance with **UAE construction standards, contracts, and regulations**
· Prepare regular **cost reports** and financial statements for management
· Assist in **contract administration** and dispute resolution when required
· Maintain accurate project documentation and cost records
