- Conduct comprehensive HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments
- Lead investigations of incidents and major safety observations, ensuring corrective actions
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management on HSE matters
- Deliver HSE training programs, safety campaigns, and leadership initiatives
- Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare management reports with recommendations
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, and local regulations
- Promote proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement
