Overview

  • We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Strong background in HR operations
  • Proven experience in recruitment (preferably healthcare sector)
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle, and onboarding processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support end to end recruitment processes, especially healthcare professionals
  • Manage HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and compliance
  • Assist in HR policy implementation and workforce coordination
  • Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs
  • Maintain HR documentation and reporting
