About the Role

Responsibilities
- Set standard operating procedures detailing internal controls and governance checks for financial accuracy
- Ensure timely processing of school fees claims in the monthly payroll cycle
- Conduct audit checks by reviewing staff records for compliance with employee contracts
- Reconcile invoices submitted by employees towards school fee claims in line with company policy
- Liaise with HR Payroll on monthly school fees reimbursement and confirm variances
- Implement service standard measures to demonstrate efficiency of process
- Set monthly rigour for reporting of financial and service measures
- Oversee Doha and Overseas schools' verifications database
- Review exceptional school fees claims and maintain signed off approval list
- Coordinate with Remuneration and Policies team for school fees matters
Requirements
- High School qualification/Vocational qualification/Diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years of job related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 4 years of job related experience
- Excellent English communication and written skills
- Financial analytical skills
- Ability to support Project Management
- Ability to communicate in Arabic

About the role

- Provide efficient and timely services to employees across the Group
Operational duties
- Set standard operating procedures detailing internal controls and governance checks to ensure financial accuracy

About You
