Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Generalist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will manage a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, HR administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, leave management, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and grievance handling when required.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
