Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role

- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Generalist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will manage a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, performance management, HR administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with payroll preparation, leave management, attendance, and employee benefits administration.

Qualifications

- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
