- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Handle office errands, including document delivery, photocopying, filing, and scanning
- Assist in receiving and distributing mail, packages, and office supplies
- Replenish pantry and office supplies as required
- Support administrative staff with basic office tasks when needed
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared before and after meetings
- Report maintenance or cleaning issues to the supervisor
- Follow office policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Basic spoken and written English communication skills
- Physically fit and able to perform routine office tasks
- Presentable appearance with good personal hygiene

Job Summary
- We are looking for a reliable, well presented, and responsible Office Boy to support the daily operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
