- Stitch, alter, and customize Arabic ladies' garments including abayas, jalabiyas, kaftans, dresses, and sheila accessories
- Take precise body measurements to ensure perfect garment fitting
- Visit clients' homes for measurements, fittings, and final adjustments while maintaining professionalism
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fitting, styling, and finishing options
- Perform high quality alterations and repairs on existing garments
- Handle a variety of luxury fabrics such as Nidha, linen, crepe, silk, chiffon, cotton, and other premium materials
- Ensure garments are completed with exceptional finishing, quality, and attention to detail
- Work closely with designers and the production team to achieve desired garment specifications
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining superior craftsmanship
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of tailoring equipment and workstations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of tailoring experience in the UAE or GCC
- Proven experience in Arabic ladies' wear, especially Abayas, Jalabiyas, Kaftans, and luxury women's garments
- Excellent skills in garment stitching, alterations, fitting, and finishing
- Ability to take accurate body measurements independently
- Comfortable visiting customers' homes for measurements and fittings
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fitting techniques
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their handling methods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance, good manners, and customer focused attitude
- Flexibility to travel within the UAE for client appointments

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Ladies Tailor with extensive experience in stitching and altering Arabic ladies' garments.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of luxury Arabic fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to visit clients' homes to take accurate measurements and conduct fittings.
