- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and hospital HR policies
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Address employee grievances and provide HR support to staff
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs
- Maintain HR reports and dashboards for management review
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support training and development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 6 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong experience in end to end HR operations
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Ability to work in a fast paced healthcare environment

Job Summary
- Senior HR Generalist

- We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our hospital team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end to end HR operations.
