Nauru Medical Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior HR Executive** to support our growing healthcare organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources within the healthcare sector and possess a solid understanding of hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support workforce planning and staffing requirements across clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Administer employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Assist in payroll administration, compensation, and benefits management.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics for management.
- Support operational departments in achieving organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient workforce management and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of **5 years of HR experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, or medical organization**.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Understanding of healthcare workforce planning and hospital operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
